Last weekend we had the ever-popular Your Wedding Exhibition at the AECC.
Lots and lots of wedding couples, freebies, music, dresses and outrageously decorated stands. Our good friend Hazel from "A Vintage Tea Party" got the runner-up prize for her stand which was particularly gorgeous. SHe really does put the rest of us to shame with the level of detail and originality in her designs. This year was certainly no exception.
In the build up to the weekend we announced an exciting competition that we would be running at the show. All it required was for couples to pose at our stand, snap a selfie and post it on Instagram with the hashtag #aboynephotographics. And the prize for this super simple request?...

We were delighted to see lots of eager couples line up to enter the competition over the two day event. Unfortunately there could only be one winner though, and that lucky couple was Helen & William!
These two lovely people are getting married later this year so you won't have to wait too long to see the results of their fantastic prize (if we do say so ourselves). They are also planning a fantastically fun wedding with a bit of a twist that we are super excited about photographing. We thorougly look forward to the big day and to sharing the results with all of you.
